REFUND POLICY
Our policy stipulates that services rendered are non-refundable. It is essential that you thoroughly inspect your hair before departing the salon to ensure it meets your expectations.
For any adjustments needed, we offer a grace period of three days following your service. If you find yourself dissatisfied with the work performed, we kindly request your return to the salon for a visual inspection of your hair. During this visit, we are committed to making every effort to address and correct any concerns to your satisfaction.
To facilitate this process, rescheduling with the stylist who initially performed the service will be arranged at no additional cost to you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in achieving the desired outcome from your salon experience.

DEPOSITS
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. Please note that under no circumstances do we provide refunds for prepaid deposits, services, gift cards, cancellations, or no-shows.
Should the need arise to reschedule your appointment, we offer the option to transfer your deposit to another date for the same exact service. However, this rescheduling privilege is limited to one occurrence. It is important to clarify that deposits cannot be utilized as credits for different services or alternative appointments. This policy is in place to maintain the simplicity and efficiency of our booking system.



STYLE POLICY
Prior to booking, please ensure a thorough review of our portfolio, focusing on the specific service you intend to receive, to guarantee alignment with your expectations. Confirm the accuracy of your chosen add-ons, size, color, and length during the booking process. Address any uncertainties through questions beforehand to ensure absolute confidence in your decision to book with us.
Once an appointment is booked, no changes can be made. It is important to take careful consideration before finalizing your booking. Additionally, we request that you refrain from applying oils, including leave-ins, to your hair before your appointment to prevent flaking.
Arrive with your hair in its natural state (if receiving a wash), blow dried, completely down, free of any braids, ponytails, or other styling. Understanding the distinction between de-matting and detangling is essential. If de-matting is required, an additional fee of $150 will be charged, your appointment will have to be scheduled and the process will take an extra hour and a half. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining these standards for an optimal experience.
